refactor lib directory into separate repository

The libs are pretty stable now and are better placed into their own repository, from where they could also be packaged and used by these scripts. This also enables users to use those libs without mandatory cloning of this script repo which might be too specific for them.

The CRS tracker client library and jobfile executor has been placed in that other repo.

For better transitioning, the name changes should also be applied in this repo, before removing the libs at some point in time.

Do we have a timeline or something that has to be finished first?

The only constraint is that existing installations have to install the (maybe packaged) libs before pulling that change. At the time where I wrote that comment I wasnt sure about where to put the libs like Fuse and Auphonic, but meanwhile I just included them in that repo.

So we're actually good to go.
