Add shift changes to the staff

6 am and 6 pm are shift changes (tentatively), 12 hour shifts. The greeter nurse only works from 9 to 5. There are one of three arrival times. Morning, Afternoon (swing), and Evening.

I will need to make slight changes to certain aspects of the medical agents that allowed them to have more than one of itself. For instance, I need to revamp how their initial room is assigned.

The way this was implemented could cause a specific niche issue: For example, the CT's decide to go to CT 1 or CT 2 if their index is even or odd, so if someone were to be able to add CT's while the sim is running and does every other agent is a CT, it would cause both CT's to go to the same room rather than spacing out between the available rooms.

The janitor now has shift change functionality, and I should be able to bring this over to the other medical agents.

• Attending, Pharmacist, Phlebotomist, and XRay won't get this functionality until they get other behaviors, as the current implementation doesn't work with the WaitForever behavior.

@bricksphd It's probably fine, but I was wondering how extensively our 'garbage collection' is for the simulation. I noticed that when agents are leaving, the node has to have "Running" rather than "Success" (because otherwise they don't disappear and try to do other behaviors in their tree), but I was wondering if it's possible that there's some leftover stuff happening or hanging that could be part of the slowdown further in the simulation?

A console.log shows it doesn't actually run the node more than once, so it's probably a misplaced worry, but might as well be thorough!

I'll take a look at this. I think that the architecture is getting large enough now that more review really is necessary--and hopefully will reveal some places for improvement.

Now everybody except the Attending, Pharmacist, Phlebotomist, and XRay have shift changes! They also change shifts at 6 pm.

@bricksphd I also noticed that when the new agents came in and the old agents left, the simulation sped up to near the speed the simulation was when it started.
