Hype Train Progress, Level-Up and End events have incorrect hype train type #3419

Current Behavior
When receiving a treasure train or golden kappa train, only the hype train started event has correctly working train type filters and variables (eg. Golden Kappa Train, Treasure Train, $isGoldenKappaTrain, $isTreasureTrain)
For the progress, level-up and end events, these filters and variables are always false. Twitch is not sending this data as-documented, as per twitchdev/issues#1136
I'm unsure if shared hype train is affected by this.
Expected Behavior
All hype train events should properly populate the above mentioned filters and variables
