Description
Please consider having a setting to enable testing mode on Terminal Kit and when this is enabled, all stdout will be stored in a property which can be read for tests and have a stdin property to set what the user input will be when a stdin method such as inputField, yesOrNo, menuGrid.
This will make creating tests for code that uses Terminal Kit much easier.
