FInishline resetes on next file

I have an issue with the finish line.
The line resets when I move to next file.

The finish line position is determined by the following:

1. The position of the finish line in the recording app when the recording is made is the default location. This is meta data stored alongside the video file and used by the review app when the video file is loaded.
2. If it was manually moved in the review app, the location metadata for that video file is updated and switching back to it later will use the updated value.

The fact that is is different between video files implies that perhaps the value was tweaked by accident in the review app.
