Bacon and Plum

Hi!
I am confused when calculating the SAR (Sediment accretion rate) and Stdev through the accumulation rates provided by the packages (Plum/Bacon). The path I'm into at this point, is that i have rejected the use of the posterior mean accumulation rate that is provided and viewed in the concole after running the package (since it also doesn't provide a SD), and now I think is best to calculate the SAR through the posterior accumulation rates provided in the .out file. This file though has no headers, and if I've understood correctly, the 5th and so on columns include the acc. rates for all the iterations and not per depth (?). Which method do u recomend to calculate the SAR and SD, and where can i find and extract the inverse accumulation rates for the core.
