Bacon running error

When running the Bacon model, I encounter the following warning message: "file("") only supports open = "w+" and open = "w+b" - using the former. Error in if (def[i] == pre[i]) ext <- ext.pre else if (rem) { : missing value where TRUE/FALSE needed."

Do you know how to deal with it? Thanks.
