Clicking on 'build hierarchy' does nothing - error screen and 'URL not found' screen displayed #1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click any 'build hierarchy' button on the site with text in the textbox

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A hierarchical structure of some kind - URL not found message displayed/
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Uh - the website? Windows.
Please provide any additional information below.
