Possible to trigger webhook via button

Is there a simple way to just trigger a webhook specifically via pressing a button?

Without needing to rely on an event like an Entry update. Like just a dedicated button for executing the webhook and nothing else?

Would also like to see this, currently Netlify being triggered after every change is a bit of a waste.
