Description

My project config is failing because the fields are being applied before the CKEditor configs are created.

On the staging website:

On my local website:

There should be the five configs, I can't finish applying the field config until the editor config is applied.

Any advice?

From my experience, this is some kind of issue with the order that project config is being applied. Here's a few things to check:

1. That CKEditor is installed in the environment.
2. The available CKEditor configurations on the website.

I believe there might be a "Simple" config installed by default that conflicts with custom configurations. I've had some success running the command on the server and committing the changes but that can create a huge mess with project config.

The good news is it looks like since the field is mostly HTML behind the scenes nothing should "break" during the upgrade. I believe that gives us some time to fix it on the server or upload a database that works. Frustrating process though.
