CLI(create): Create HDR skybox from HDRI #28
Description
It would be nice if MareTF could create a skybox from a HDRI image. This is already semi possible by creating a cubemap from a HDRI then extracting each face and rotating them in image editing software like the GIMP, but this process is very manual and time consuming and can be very hard/annoying with a skybox that doesn't have any obvious landmarks. It would be nice if MareTF could create the VTFs automagically from the HDRI.
