CLI(extract): crash when trying to extract from a BC6H VTF

I was trying to extract faces from a cubemap that I converted from a HDRI, and it crashes when I try and extract it. The VTF is BC6H formatted, I tried doing this with BC7 on the same image and it didn't crash.

BC6H VTF and EXR are included in this zip:

It's actually segfaulting in a third-party library called TinyEXR lol. Try changing the output format to HDR with --extract-format HDR if this happens again, I'll see what I can do to fix it
