[FR] Client List: assignable type, identify for all types

When looking at the client list in the setup, connections that are using direct connections via WebSocket are currently set to be "unknown". Is there/could there be a way to set where the connection is from? The two ways I can think of right now would be thru Companion or Chataigne.

Also, I think there is a use case for adding "Identify" to the unknown clients as well. In both Companion and Chataigne you can use that as an input for actions to call for operators attention during testing/setup.

The clients can declare their client type, like we do in the UI

I guess this means we could have

    sendSocket(MessageTag.ClientSet, { type: 'companion' });

and

    sendSocket(MessageTag.ClientSet, { type: 'chataigne' });

but since we have no way to verify this "self-declaration" this would be a largely trust based system
That means that we dont want to hinge too much functionality on it.

Creating features across services could also be something we dont want to introduce to Ontime as it would complicate distribution and version management. However, I am not opposed to different clients leveraging the Ontime APIs in whatever way feels convenient. Having said this, we can always look at a proposal PR before making decisions

In short:

• can different clients declare their types? yes!
• can we extend client management features outside of Ontime's clients? not from our side, but PRs are welcome
