Confirmable or actionable Timer Message

Hi everyone,
my idea would be to extend timer messages to be either

• read only(default - current behaviour)
• confirmable
• actionable.

this could be solved by an additional dropdown where you can select the message type from the above list. To keep it easy actionable sould probably be only yes / no.

The goal would be to implement some possibility to interact with e.g. a chairperson during a conference when there are changes in the agenda.
we often place a tablet(so touch is possible) on a stand on the chairs table.
When there is not always a clear line of sight its sometimes difficult to determine wether the chairman did recognize a timer message or not.
the idea would be that once you select confirmable or actionable either a OK or two Yes and No Buttons appear below the timer message on the clients. once someone clicks/taps on one of the availlable options there could/should be feedback shown in the editor view (e.g. below the secondary message field since there is some space left). this feedback could be HH:MM <client_name> <response> displayed in a readonly text field with new responses appearing at the top. (a clear button to clear the text field would be nice as well).
this is how i would set up the further logic behind this feature:

• selecting an option at a client should hide the timer message
• once all active clients have responded and therefor do not show the timer message anymore it should no longer be shown as active in the editor view. for this there would need to be some kind of flag for each client to be set to None/OK/Yes/No once the client responded and this needs to be reset to None once a new message is sent to the clients.
• once you send a timer message there should be some kind of marker in the responses field indicating that a new message is sent and that all following responses are regarding that message
• blink should work for confirmable/actionable messages as well
