Continue function loading feature

When the continue function is generating a response, there is no feedback to the user indicating that something is happening--the user may think the site has crashed. We need some kind of "Loading..." feedback similar to how the Generate function works.

Some ideas for this:

• Have a spinning wheel next to the textbox, similar to a Mac loading rainbow wheel.
• Implement a text saying “Continuing…” and have the “...” reappear in order continuously so people can see it is working.
• Could do a similar text by just having “Story is Unfolding, please be patient”
