What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Connections
2. select IP
3. back
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I can't connect to my computer
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
I used Wireshark on my Windows7x64 laptop filtered down to the WiFi IP address
of my Galaxy Nexus, I don't see any connection attempts. My assumption is
that the Android App can't make the outbound connection
