getPerformanceModel for PWA apps on android device without URL

Hi,

Is there a way we can get the performance model of a PWA app running in an android device?
Currently my use case is as follows:

1. I need to measure the performance of PWA application
2. Test the performance of PWA that is built using webpack bundling

Both the aforementioned use cases do not have URLs.
