Make pipeline work locally

Tim/Martin have been working on this last two weeks.

Meeting with Nigel (py2neo) and have fixed a number of issues.

Final test should be on Martin's laptop.

If working then can publish and close.

Helomics data load is still failing. Martin has not had a response from them so will consider forking the repo or integrating the code directly into his other repositories.
