Title Bar Missing

The title bar or title bar options are missing. There are no buttons to close or minimize the application. This makes it very difficult for standard users to close the program.

Here are the commands I used to build (Win 10 x64):
npm install
npm install electron-packager -g
electron-packager . PTZOptics

What it looks like:

Retested with electron-builder. Same issue persists
