Handling of Sun marker in RadWave #331
Description
- Do NOT make Sun marker fade out because that can mislead people into thinking the Sun will disappear on the timescale of the RadWave's motion.
- Instead, create a marker that does not look like the Sun to show the Sun's location for all phases on the time slider. Alyssa requested a flat outlined square.
- Hex color to use for Sun marker is #FFFF0A
