Configurator stays connected after disconnecting USB cable

I noticed that after disconnecting the cable configurator still says "connected"

After reconnecting it will not receive any new messages. You have to manually click disconnect and then connect. In my opinion it would be better if it automatically disconnected after losing connection with the adapter.

Tried a few methods to detect disconnection, the most effective was checking for the port name. If the port name no longer exists, disconnect.

PCAN worker never seemed to react to a disconnect. Checking for /dev/pcanusb32 worked well, but I'll need to test another method on windows/mac
