SKIP test - workflow issue

Is it possible to skip just a test, rather than whole plan?

In other words, it would be great to allow for:

SKIP $something
RUNS somethingElse

[dcsobral]

You could do it on shell.

[[ $something ]] || RUNS somethingElse

But I'll grant you lose the documentational value of SKIP. In fact, if skipped tests were reported on JUnit output (they aren't), it would be very useful to have individual test skipping.
