Requirements for adding new projects

Hi
I am wondering what kind of requirements project have to apply to be added to inqlude list?
I did AnalogWidget - that has been used by wide range of users form qt-apps.org that do not exist anymore. I do realize project have not been updated for while. However I would be honored to be able to add it to the list. Question is - if it is mature enough - as matter of fact it was the first project I ever did in Qt long long time ago as a part of learning curve. So it might not follow the standards ...

We have different categories of projects, a maturity level is one of them, so you can classify it as development version or alpha version or something like that. All Qt-based projects are welcome.
