Add ability for API to request provenance and asset management metadata

Overview

As per requirement 2.1.7b, the API shall have the ability to request provenance and asset management metadata from the uFrame system.

Action

• Add ability to request provenance information from uFrame
• Add endpoint to request asset management metadata from uFrame system
