Make sure Workflow builds all come from the same commit #7
Description
Nothing currently makes sure that all the builds we fetch come from the same commit/workflow.
This is because we look at builds that are finished, and some builds may finish before others. This can lead to a state where during a PR run, some builds come from the current run, and some builds come from the PREVIOUS run.
Sleet should at least log a warning if this is the case. I'm not 100% sure what the correct behavior would be in this case and would love any suggestions
