maybe rename `workflows` key to `jobs` in the config file

in the config file, there is a key called workflows and the items in the list are actually job names. i think it would be great to rename that key to jobs.

i'm not sure how this would play out if there are multiple workflows for a given repository. it might be necessary to add some sort of workflow key to disambiguate, especially because jobs in circleci can be re-used in more than a single workflow.

I don't actually know how sleet would respond to multiple different workflows, even without the job names conflicting...

Not sure if that was a use-case I considered! So definitely great to point out!

It also might be worth dropping support for non-workflow runs. Tangentially related to this issue, but the non-workflow runs don't seem to be documented on CircleCI anymore, and we can probably cleanup the codebase by moving towards only supporting the workflow style
