Request: API for phone battery level/state

It would be great if there was an API that Pebble apps and watchfaces could use to get the current battery level (%) and battery state (unplugged/charging/full) of the phone.

iOS has this: https://developer.apple.com/documentation/uikit/uidevice/batterylevel

I'm sure Android has something similar.

This come from my watchapp https://apps.rebble.io/en_US/application/695a09e424ba4b0008d50152 which is currently only supported on android as safari webkit doesn't support the battery web api. But if we had direct access to the battery stats from the sdk, then we would not need to rely on the web api which means it would support iOS as well
