Telemetry client in javascript

Why

To be able to collect telemetry data for all the javascript based packages, we will need a basic shared telemetry client to use inside the packages.

• Create a telemetry client api.
• Implement the new script in nextjs example

Acceptance criteria

• New telemetry script is working and collects the data correctly
• New script works in nextjs example and collects usage data and can be disabled
