Create additional artifacts for various Logger implementations

Possibilities for Logger implementations:

• Send logs to Microsoft AppCenter (especially Clog.e)
• Send logs to Firebase Crashlytics (especially Clog.e)
  • unlike Napier, publish an artifact with standard implementation, not included as a sample that must be copied into your project
• Emit logs as a Flow

Whenever possible, these modules should have implementations for all platforms, depending transitively on the relevant platform SDKs. Each of these should be available as a separate artifact, completely independent of the others.
