Before any writing can begin, the handbook needs:

• Start discussion of what's missing from a member perspective - start in Zulip
• Read examples of co-op handbooks
• List out everything these example handbook have that we currently don't have
• Flag discussion in meeting and present what we don't currently have for member consideration
• Find out what we're going to use for private info
• Collate all member responses
• Do analysis from a copywriting perspective in terms of structure
