Add ability to change URL's used by package

Currently all the URLs used by the package are constant strings, by modifying the package to allow for custom URLs, then connections to other services with the same API would be possible, and testing should be easier too.

Obviously, this should try to:
- Use a default if the user does nothing
- Default to current Dropbox API URLs
