• manual coverage display using gcov/lcov on linux
• add a github workflow for ubuntu/main (build and run one problem with coverage, upload and visualize)
• refine source files (exclude unwanted thirdparty)

Manual test using CodeCoverage.cmake

In CMakeLists add:

 message("Activate coverage")
 include(CodeCoverage)
 append_coverage_compiler_flags()

Then build and run the executable in CLI.
In build/src/CMakeFiles/bocopApp.dir/ are the .gcda and .gcno files for main.cpp

lcov -c -d . -o name.info
genhtml name.info

Then open index.html in any browser

Todo: exclude non-bocop files (thirdparty and system)

Action codecov-action does not seem to call gcov properly, maybe a problem of target files location ?
The examples I found are always trivial and offer no help for more complex file structures.
Maybe try to execute gcov manually after the execution of bocopApp ? Try this locally first.
