Breaking change migration: CTParser v0.8.1 → v0.8.2-beta

Migration tracking issue for CTParser breaking change.

Context

Starting from CTParser v0.8.1, this migration aims to:

1. Widen compat constraints in dependents (CTDirect, OptimalControl)
2. Run breakage tests to assess impact
3. Create v0.8.2-beta (or v0.9.0-beta if breaking changes detected)

Strategy

• Use beta versions registered in ct-registry
• Progressive compat widening
• Automated breakage testing
