The Download Zip link yields a file that cannot be opened by WinZip 10.0 on Windows 8.1 here.

First this error is shown.

WinZip
Could not open C:\Temp\ContinuousTests-master.zip.
Probable cause: file sharing or file permissions problem.
OK Help

Then after clicking OK in that popup this is shown.

WinZip
The WinZip Wizard cannot open this file; it does not appear to be a valid archive. If you downloaded this file, try downloading it again. If you want to add the file to an archive, first create or open the archive, then drop the file again.
OK Help

Then the whole thing just fails and the WinZip wizard continues but the file is not accessible...

So that seems like something is broken, IMHO.

The "ContinuousTests-master.zip" that I downloaded has a size of 184420kb.
However, relative to this whole matter of the ZIP file, I was wrong.
The ZIP file is, in fact, valid and works as expected, for me at least.
My error was that the file location was complicated.
The file location was a mapped drive, that existed on the LAN, all of which was accessed via a VM.
Seems WinZip and/or Windows 8.1 and/or VirtualBox VM and/or LAN perms could not manage access.
When I moved the ZIP file locally, it worked fine.
Sorry about the false-alarm.
This issue is "closed" AFAIAC.
