Set up coverage

It's impossible to know whenever all API methods are called without having a proper coverage framework setup. And the InstrumentationAccess proves this once again.

While IDEA provides its own coverage tools, they just do not work.

• Set up JaCoCo
• Actually write tests for not covered things.
