Switchable ID on participant header should show the first not "(none)" ID

## Requirement

Related to PR #851.

If an app is set up to show multiple alternative IDs in a participant header, some (or all) of them may be NULL and show as "(none)".

The header should automatically switch to the first ID that is not "(none)" for a participant, so that in most cases an available ID will show.
