Unit testing support

Seems like some of the modules and libraries we're doing could definitely benefit from test coverage.

I saw some pretty neat stuff at SUGCON that was done with Jasmine and Wallaby.

Could easily be integrated at build time too.

I absolutely agree. The unofficial Automate All the Things! roadmap I've been carting around in my head has a bullet point to get everything in place for and stub out JS unit testing. (This will be especially important when we pull PHP as our template language in place of some flavor of JS templates.) My goal is to make this easy enough to add to new projects that writing coverage as you go will actually happen without much additional overhead. I wasn't familiar with Wallaby until now but wow that looks great!
