Implement arguments to key functions #157
Description
Ideally, functions such as gb() would accept arguments present in Macaulay2, but they don't currently. gb, for example, has a ton of possible arguments on the Macaulay2 side. Many Macaulay2 functions are like this: radical, saturate, etc.
