USB hub crashing when putting in our pulling out a USB.

To get the Hub to work again, I need to replug it into the motherboard itself. Sometimes it will come back online on it's own. Worked just fine with the default ITG software.

This machine is running openITG on the linux-image-3.11.0-26-generic kernal.

Another note: The default in Static.ini kept trying to set
MemoryCardUsbPortP1=4
MemoryCardUsbPortP2=1

I had to cmod it to be readonly or on startup it would overwrite the Static.ini file. Is that suppose to happen?

(The hub was crashing before set Static.ini to 444)
