Rename --instance to --path #39
Description
We currently use --instance to specify which concrete path to use. This works great but it's a little too focused on the concrete instance aspect and would require additional options for things like package path if running the console tool against a package.
Instead of using --instance let's switch to the more generic --path so that we can reuse this option for all things base-path related.
