AUTH_KEY is Base64 encoded and is [^A-Za-z0-9+/=]
This sed here used / as delimiter, so it is conflict with Base64 encoded character set.
Change delimiter to # should fix the issue.

tried this, but didn't help either. the server status remains unsynced. any other idea about this problem?

主要是两条定时任务没有起作用，可以将定时任务写在root权限下的定时文本中 # corntab -e
