read_pdb_line function #3
Description
In the script get_interaction.py, the label_chains function trys to get chain, cdr_id, (resname, resnumb), (aname, anum) and coord inormation through the read_pdb_line function ,while in this funtion, only four outputs are delivered, among those, the cdr_id is missed. I wonder how to obtain this parameter? The same issues exists in the get_structure_distance function in script get_pkas.py.
