Form Editor: Translation-only mode

Mode to let the first language to specify fields and their order, only allow translation abilities for other languages. This removes the possibility of getting field names wrong in a translation and removes the need to reorder items in multiple language versions in case you need to.

Yes, to me this would make sense in most cases. The only case when it doesn't make sense is if you specifically need to gather some extra data from language X (or any non-main-language) speakers. As I see it, this would be relatively easy to workaround unless you had a lot of that extra data you needed to structure as non-text.
