Yes, to me this would make sense in most cases. The only case when it doesn't make sense is if you specifically need to gather some extra data from language X (or any non-main-language) speakers. As I see it, this would be relatively easy to workaround unless you had a lot of that extra data you needed to structure as non-text. |

Mode to let the first language to specify fields and their order, only allow translation abilities for other languages. This removes the possibility of getting field names wrong in a translation and removes the need to reorder items in multiple language versions in case you need to.
