Bokeh frontend issue

I saw this error come through on a Tax-Brain simulation. There could be some kind of bokeh version mismatch:

property LinearAxis.major_label_policy wasn't declared

Note this doesn't happen on every simulation. Once I figure out whether this is a CS bokeh version issue or a Tax-Brain issue, I'll post in the Tax-Brain repo.
