potential clean ups for version 3.0

Tracking issues of things that are annoying or potentially confusing:

• Change d ln to d log10
• Change radius to diameter (for example: for modes)
• Change log10_geom_std_dev to geom_std_dev in inputs
• Possibly remove ions from aero_data.dat and use only kappa.
• Change do_condensation to something more descriptive of the actual purpose - simulating cloud droplets. This is to avoid confusion with gas-aerosol condensation and water (which MOSAIC does).
