[Hacktoberfest][Web2.0] implement dashboard graphs statistics

as NGO admin i want to see the stats from the current election round /(app)/elections/$electionRoundId/ route

• see list of stats/graphs in old app
• each graph should have maximize (display in a modal) and download button
• when in maximize view show a tab with data (similar to excel, readonly) with copy to clipboard
• when in maximize view show download graph button
• use shadcn ui graphs
