Graph url broken with HTTPS

Graph urls are broken using HTTPS. Going to the generated url results in an ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID error. Chartd's ssl certificate might be expired.

This can be resolved by using HTTP rather than HTTPS in the [base url.](https://github.com/commissure/chartd-rb/blob/master/lib/chartd/chart.rb#L5)
