SSO login?

I have a Matrix.org account I created through Element. However, I wanted to explore different clients and found Commet. One issue: I am unable to log in at all because it just gives me an error since I unfortunately created my account through Google single sign on, and cannot manually enter a password because I didn't create one. What should I do? Or am I just simply unable to use Commet? Thanks. Edit: I am a Windows (10) user. I have tried web and the Windows application for download.

hi, we had support for this but since matrix.org switched to MAS for authentication, it's currently not working with commet. I'm in the process of getting it working again, so it'll be fine in the next release

Hello, was support for MAS implemented? I have just installed the app and it seems like I can login on matrix.org (though I haven't tested it since I don't have an account there), but I don't seem to be able to log into my own homeserver (which uses MAS, but with an external OIDC-compatible Idp, meaning it requires opening a login page in a web browser) as no control appears when entering its address.

Edit: since it might be important, I have only tested it on the Android application. I will try it on desktop later, though I am not sure if it makes a difference.
