The H2 heading "New driving model" on the latest release notes page is not rendering properly. The raw HTML markup is being displayed instead of the formatted heading.

The page should display a properly formatted H2 heading that reads:

Additional context
This appears in the release notes section for openpilot 0.10.3 (December 21, 2025). The HTML is being shown as plain text rather than being parsed and rendered as an actual heading element.
