Verify server response from TripUploader.java

Currently the app is not recognizing that a trip is uploaded successfully and keeps the trip marked as 'unsent'. This is most likely due to the response the Node.js app is sending back. 

Need to check the response from the Node app and update the tripuploader.java to match a confirmed successful upload.
